Beat details engine

To get access from the top (ie to replace the sparkplugs, Leave the top closed and unzip rear window and fold this over the rear (protect window from scratching) (The other option is to remove the complete softtop)
Remove the noise insulation and unscrew the four screws (my beat has screws with a knob which you can take out without tools, but most will have normal screws)
And you will have (limited) access to the engine bay (on the left hand side of the car)

The sparkplugs are quite deep inside the engine. I just dropped the new plugs in and that worked for me (a bit scary, you can’t see what you are doing)

Access to the airfilter is via the boot
Remove the upholstery (and noise isolation) from the boot, remove the four screws
Take off the lid and you will have (limited) access to the airfilter, there are six screws (you don’t need to take the screws out) to open the airfilterbox
The (new) airfilter after the airfilterbox is removed
Behind the airfilter are the three individual throttles of the MTREC (Multi Throttle Responsive Engine Control) system of the Honda E07A MTREC
